Problem with Spell List (Wizard)

On the spells tab it shows the spells I have memorized, however 2 spells I do not have memorized (Invisibility and Detect Secret Doors) are showing up grayed out on this list. I cannot get rid of them. It shows in gray next to them: "Level 1 Spells used" and "Level 2 spells used." When I export my character to the ipad app, these phantom spells still exist as if they were memorized (albeit grayed out) when they really are not. Is this a bug, or something I am missing? How do I get them off the memorized spell list?
 
Yes I have a wand of those spells. But I also have wands of 3 other spells that are not showing up in this fashion.
 
Pre-made wands are showing on the spells tab in the wrong section (they should be shown in item spells if anything), but custom made ones aren't. Workaround is to replace the pre-made want with a custom wand of the correct spell.
