Problem with increasing adept power after chargen

Hi,

when I try to increase an adept power (Improved Reflexes in this case) after having increased Magic with Karma (all of this after locking the character for gameplay), HLO issues the following:

Adept Power Points: Resource Overspent: 4 of 3

How to circumvent this?

Also noticed that if character is mystic adopt it shows power points overspent even though the power points were spent after character creation.
 
Did any of you having the problem report it as a bug? Forum discussions of a problem are fine, but they are not bug reports and the Dev's may not see a forum post.
