Problem exporting to .pdf

Title pretty much says it all.

I've only had Hero Lab, specifically a license to Pathfinder for a couple weeks. I don't really use it much other than to quick build Core characters for PFS.

Anyway, I'm scheduled to play at a local gathering tomorrow and wanted to make a .pdf of my character. In attempting to export to .pdf, Hero Labs tells me to install the free app download first. When I attempt to do so, it tells me that it already has it installed. When I try to reinstall it, it asks to close all other programs using it first.

I have checked and double-checked my Task Manager processes. Not a trace of Adobe running anywhere. Just for good measure, I'll post my "overwhelming" laptop specs:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.150202-1526)

Available OS Memory: 3932MB RAM
Page File: 2135MB used, 5728MB available
Windows Dir: C:\windows

System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)

The App that is using the PDF plug in is Hero Lab itself. Click behind and close Hero Lab. :)

Another option is you can download many of the Print to PDF programs. I use "PrimoPDF" which is free and lets you turn ANYTHING you can print from into a PDF document. Just another option.
