Problem downloading construction kit

Hi

I'm trying to download the construction kit, but I'm getting an
error:

An I/O error occurred while installing a file. This is normally
caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file.

When I click abort I get:

Corrupt installation file.

Help!

Have you tried downloading the file again from scratch? This sounds like a
"The download fell over half way through! Congratulations, you now have
half a file" error message.
