problem activating license

i am having problem activating my license. i am getting an error message that reads an unexpected error has occurred during the processing of our license. my internet connection to the internet is working fine. i have sent a message to support 2 days ago. i know it can take some time for them to respond. i was just wondering if anyone out there can new what the problem is. just exited about getting started on an army list, have a game today that i wanted to use if for. if anyone can please help. thanks
 
That error generally means that something is blocking the product from accessing our server and communicating with it properly. So I would first check that you have added AB to the Windows Firewall. After that, I'd verify that AB is allowed access to the internet within whatever internet security software you are using.

You can always use the "Manual" license activation method if AB is being blocked and you can't figure out how to unblock it. Instead of using two different computers, you'll simply use the web browser on the same computer to access the internet.
