Whoa. OK, this is important. Sometimes when you load a saved roster, AB
crashes? This is very different from just a generic printing problem, and
suggests that things are going horribly wrong in more subtle ways. Please
tell me more about the crashing when you load saved rosters. :)

It just happened again. I was trying to print one roster, but kept
getting the .exe. problem, and the program would shut down. So, I
tried to load a different roster and the program shut down, but
without an error message.. Now, I have used AB for years, and these
problems have sprung up n the last 4 months. I'm using AB2.2 and
Necro 7.8.

I have also had a similar printing problem to the one described here
by memitchell747. I was also working with the AB2.2 and Necro7.8
although I had modified some of the base.nec file so that the text
would match the latest rules and I made some changes to some of the
items to match the rules better. It was working fine up until a few
weeks ago. I can still print but if I go into the printer options
(the windows dialog settings where you select which printer), the AB
program has a fatal error and shuts down. This happens at work on a
Windows XP machine with an HP Color Laser Printer. At home, with the
same files and another Windows XP machine and an HP Color Inkjet
printer, it works fine even if I edit the printer settings.

Hope this helps narrow it down.
