is there any setting that I can select to have HL print a list of the resources used in making the character - when I show up at the table I would like to show the GM a printed list of materials used point buy used and so forth printed from HL if possible

You can do a screen shot capture then paste it into a document and print it out. I have no other method to "prove" other than to add up the numbers in front of them. One of the coders might have a more technical method, but that's all I can offer.
