I cannot for the life of me add any new PA to my character. Where there should be a scroll bar is blank. How can I fix this short of recreating the character? I am using the most current version3.6g w/ Pathfinder version 4.27. Thanks!
 
Have you selected a faction on the background tab? Until you do so, the prestige awards lists on the Journal tab are hidden.
 
I have the same problem. A faction has been selected but I don't have the option to add prestige. The only way I can add prestige is to select the faction a second time on the background tab, then I can add it in the journal and then go back and delete one of the factions
