Pre-Requisite Errors

I have an 8th level cleric and after changing the faction from Lantern to Grand Lodge another error popped up. The Adaptability ability (a racial trait for half-elves) turned red and the error is "replaced by more than one Variant Class."

I don't see anyway to clear this error. Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Additional information for Pre-Requisite error.

My apologies for the delay in my response. I was taken ill for a period of time.
I have attached a copy of the portfolio with the validation issue caused the the adaptability racial ability. The error reads "Replaced by more than one Variant Class".

In my research, I have found what is triggering the error:

Integrated: Many half-elves are skilled in the art of ingratiating themselves into a community as if they were natives. Half-elves with this racial trait gain a +1 bonus on Bluff, Disguise, and Knowledge (local) checks. This racial trait replaces the adaptability racial trait.

The question is how can I remove the Adaptability racial ability. There does not seem to be a way to do that.
