I have tagged some of my archetypes with CasterSrc Divine or Arcane.

How would I get a pre-req to look for one or the other?

The tag that actually goes on the hero is "Hero.Divine" and "Hero.Arcane".

For a Pre-Reqs script it would be:
Code: 
~ We are valid if we are a Divine Caster
validif (hero.tagis[Hero.Divine] <> 0)

For a "Expr-reqs" it would be:

hero.tagis[Hero.Divine] <> 0
