Possible bug in Shadowrun [4e]

My character has the bone density mod, orthoskin and if I add in dermal deposits which doesn't appear to have any conflict rules, it doesn't add the +1/+1 ballistic and impact bonus. Am I missing something or am I misreading what it's supposed to do because it does add the +1/+1 bonus in the armoury column.
 
There is a stickied post on the top of the forum with a link to the bug tracker for each edition of the game. You should report possible bugs there.
