Possession/Magic Jar tricks!

Hi folks,

I've recently made a character who is exploring the Possession spell.

Right now how I've proceeded to handle the act in HL is to duplicate my hero, change the race and traits, and manually recreate the gear from the enemy.

I'm wondering if anyone has a trick to do it better? Right now its somewhat time consuming (nowhere near what it would be without HL) but still.

I appreciate all the help!
 
In some cases you won't be able to do the duplication first. If you posssess a monster that isn't a standard creature, you'll need to import a monster from the encounter builder and then recreate yourself with him as the base race.
 
Oh good idea. I'll try that. Won't be quick but at least it should eliminate some of the issues such as my gear transferring over and needing to be unequipped manually.
