I installed army builder it worked one time something happened on my computer (kids) and it only demos. I guess I spent 40 dollars for nothing and I feel like I wasted my money and I dont know how to fix it and im very bad with computers so I hope this get me some help but I probly wont be able to figure it out for i could not even send a message to lone wolf for help if I cant get help can I have my money back ....I dont have paticence for this

OK, using AB3.3, there should be an item in the menubar of Licence, once you click on it, you should see a few items such as reactivate licence, Send my Licences to me, and View my Licence Info.

1. You could see what the licence info is and see if it correct by comparing it with the email verison you get by sending it to yourself. Then you can probably reactivate it. If the above does not work, then you may have to wait for LW to help you...
 
it saying not licenced and connection to internet is not worki8ng but im typing on the internet right know i give up sorry i asked or even tryed i just give it to someone that can figure it out
 
Did you email support like I suggested?

Sounds like you have a firewall installed that is blocking Army Builder, so whatever you've installed since it worked you need to check and figure out if it's blocking it. I suggest you find someone locally who can help you by actually sitting at your PC - this sort of thing will not be easy to figure out, and as you say you're computer illiterate so you need to get someone who knows what they are doing to take a look.
