Player View - Simple Picture / Portrait

I cannot figure a way to get a full size simple picture or portrait to display in the Player View. So far I can only get the thumbnail to show up. The problem seems to come from the reveal option not flowing through to the drill-down object.

For instance: I create an Individual and add in a 500x300 pixel portrait. In the snippet it shows a 80x60 (approx) thumbnail, and when I reveal that snippet, the thumbnail along with any other Individual information I've revealed shows up in the Player View in one window.

When I drill-down on that portrait from the snippet, it brings me to the full size picture in a new tab, but it has no separate option to reveal from there. In fact, when clicking the reveal to player option, it says it gets it's reveal information from the owning object, but that isn't happening.

A workaround has been to add in portraits as smart images (like a map) and reveal them that way, but there are extra steps of drawing reveal boxes around each pic and portrait.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Amaranth

When you have the Simple Picture open in a tab, you should be able to click "Show in Player View" from the General Tasks icon in the upper right-hand corner. If I have the Topic and the Simple Picture snippet both revealed, it works just fine for me.
