PF2 Menu confusion

Okay, I’ll concede that I find some of the layout options for PF 2 not as easy to find as Starfinder.

1. Is there a way to add stuff the the Alchemists formula book like you do with spell books?
2. I have both Lost Omens books and can’t find the Scrollstaff (page 100, Lost Omens Character guide).

Most of the staves are under treasure rather than weapons in the equipment tab. I don’t have access to hlo at the moment, but look there.

I did. I search for staff, spellstaff and spell staff and didn’t find it

There is a couple wand categories, searches for rods show up but no staff or staves show up in search

Also, if this is a PC that you created in HLO before purchasing the LowG supplements, go into settings and enable the checkboxes that pertain to the world guide and the character guide.

Did that. Unchecked everything and res elected it. Also signed out, cleared my cache and signed in again

Ok i found it. is actually under the weapons tab under equipment and not gear:treasure sorry. couple things, make sure the checkboxes at the top are unselected (hide invalid choices/hide special items) and then scroll down to uncommon simple melee weapons, there are 4 items there, one of which is the scrollstaff.

I wish the layout was a bit more ..well organized BUT I don’t blame LW for that. And that turned out to be the issue though I don’t recall ever selecting that feature/option
