A 1st level wizard character with DEX 16, wearing no armor has, according to HLO, AC 12 instead of 13?
Apparently the system argues that the character is untrained with wearing no armor and thus incurs a -1(=+1 level - 2 untrained) penalty.
Is this intentional?
 
The Playtest book omitted that all characters are Trained in Unarmored Defense. It should be in the first set of errata; until then there is an Adjustment that overrides it.

Exactly the errata was just released a few days ago and a few more last night on twitch. I would expect the next update to have the errata changes.
