What's the best way to add Permanency spell effects, such as Arcane Sight or Darkvision?

Actually, I guess the bigger question is adding general spell effects not listed in the 'Adjust' tab.
 
There's an editor tab for the things on the adjust tab. You can make most of the spells in the game there, and you can just leave the adjustment active if it's a permanent spell.
