PDF Plug In

I am trying to install the PDF plug in for army builder but keep getting an error at install (missing data files or something along that line). I have recently updated my license and AB software running windows 7 with no issues. The program runs fine but I need to install the PDF for printing.
The specific error I get is "Could not initialize installation..File expected (then some number) file returned (a much lower number). Anyone have any ideas or is this just a windows 7 issue?
 
That error means that the download was prematurely terminated and the file you have on your computer is smaller that it's supposed to be. Please download the file again.
