Pathfinder Default Skills

I have decided to run a Pathfinder Campaign and in preparation I purchased the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game add-on and the Pathfinder Campaign Bundle add-on.

Tonight I decided to create a character to familiarize myself with the program using this dataset. I have used the 3.5 dataset extensively and love it!

However I am a bit confused, because I do not see skills that I am used to on a 3.5 character. Hide, Move Silently, and Listen to name a couple. Do I need to add these or am I just wrong in thinking that they should be there since the Campaign Setting just adds to the 3.5 rules.

Thanks for you help in advance!
Rick

Hide and Move Silently are now Stealth.
Listen, Spot and Search are now Perception.
Balance and Tumble are now Acrobatics.
Gather Information got rolled into Diplomacy.

There are many more changes... I'd go out and pick up the Pathfinder Core Rulebook from your FLGS.

I have that! Now that I know they were just rolled into what you have listed It makes more sense. I will pull out the Core Rules I purchased at Gen Con last year and reread it. It is amazing what you get used to seeing... so when it is missing you do not even see the things that are new. I did not even see Stealth, Perception, Acrobatics, and Diplomacy.

I live So what I was going to do was create some of the NPC creatures as and export them into D20pro so that I could manage the combat.

Thank you so much for helping me!
Rick

I manage all of the combat in my campaign through the Tactical Console and figs on a map. It isn't the easiest solution, but it works for me and my players.
