Pathfinder DB races...

One of the players in my campaign want to use the Fashtali race from the online Pathfinder DB. Is this race in one of the datasets I can buy, or am I going to have to use the HL Editor and manually enter the race?
 
What online Pathfinder DB?

(Since the maintainer of the Pathfinder files just asked that question, it probably answers your question)
 
Considering it's not a Paizo made race and is released under a Creative Commons license, you'll have to build it yourself unless someone else has already done so and uploaded for sharing.
