Pathfinder Bug Reports - version 6.13

I used the Editor to create a 3 level prestige class. The saves are all wrong for it.
For the "Fast" save, the progression is +1, +1, +2 when it should be +2, +3, +3.
For the "Slow" saves, the progression is +0, +1, +1 when they should be +0, +0, +1.

Looks like Pathfinder changed the save progression for prestige classes. Every prestige class in the Core Book follows the progression in Hero Lab.

OK...I hadn't noticed that before.

I was converting over the old Paragon Classes, so I guess I need to make them as Core classes instead of Prestige classes.

Two things.

1. Feral Combat Training should augment your natural weapon damage if you are a monk.

Benefit: Choose one of your natural weapons. While using the selected natural weapon, you can apply the effects of feats that have Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite, as well as effects that augment an unarmed strike.

2. Hulking Changeling doesn't add +1 damage to melee attacks, such as equipped weapons and Natural attacks, or your unarmed damage.

Hulking Changeling: A changeling who was born of an annis hag is much more physically formidable than other changelings. You receive a +1 trait bonus on any damage you inflict with a melee attack.

I think that someone did this with one of the paragon classes already. If I recall, you can find it at d20prd.

Carrion Crown Haunt Siphon issue

I had originally posted this as a suggestion in another thread, but the more I think about it, the more it seems a bug in the implementation.

Haunt Siphons (a magic item in the Carrion Crown AP) have several states. A siphon can be unused, it can hold the negative energy of a neutralized haunt, it can be expended (used but failed to neutralize a haunt), and consumed (a charged haunt siphon can be used as a splash weapon).

As implemented in the data set, the haunt siphon is just "there". It needs to be able to track the state in some way. Maybe it needs to be two items.. a second entry for a "Haunt Siphon (Charged)" that has a tracker similar to Alchemist's Fire or other splash weapons would be needed. It would be ideal if one entry could track all states, of course.

In this post for 6.7 the poster asked for support for Flurry of Blows for Zen Archers.

Is being able to click `Flurry of Blows` in the In-play tab still being considered?

None of the community .user files have yet been able to implement this.

Cleric Spell List - Vision of Hell

There are two Vision of Hell spells. One was presented in Book of the Damned 1 and then that was added (and slightly adjusted) in Ultimate Magic.

Magus (Kensai) Bug

In attempting to create a Magus with the Kensai archetype, there appears to be a scripting (possibly timing?) issue with Armor Proficiency (Light), as it will not allow that feat to be possessed, even when added from another class or entered in under the adjustment tab.

Addition: Once the Kensai archetype is selected, the character also cannot learn the feat Martial Weapon Proficiency (All), even when another class is taken (such as fighter).

I'm sure I could create an alternate Kensai archetype that wouldn't have these errors, but I would like to see them fixed in an update.

Ninja ki pool incorrect

The ninja ki pool should default to using charisma. The rule is, when you pick up a 2nd class with a ki pool, at that point you choose what stat to use for ki from then on.

Currently, it looks like ninjas are just cloning the monk ki pool which uses wisdom, but that should only be possible if you multiclass with monk and explicitly choose wisdom.

I still have unwitting ally appear on my wizard spells tab. not too important, but it is confusing players who are trying to use the tool in game.
If you create a new character, they will not have this error, but the only way to remove this from characters created back when the error existed is to manually edit the XML of the saved portfolio. My email address is my user name here, @wolflair.com. if you'd like me to fix that character for you.

I have that same error on all my players characters. Where is the XML files you talked about? Is it simple to edit?

The .por or character files are XML and can be edited using Notepad. Before doing something like that make sure you make backup copies as its easy to break the .por so it never loads again. :(

It is currently not allowing someone to take levels in dragon disciple if they are a crossblooded sorcerer, even with one of the bloodlines being draconic.

Understand... But what am I looking for in the XML file... Cannot find Any occurrence of "unwitting"

EDIT: Looking for that string : <pick thing="spUnwiAll0" index="481" batchindex="434" refcount="0" default="yes"></pick> then delete it?

EDIT 2: Thanks for the advice... I corrupted the file on the first try... But succeed on the second! Case close :)

Diabolist - Imp companion - Error?

According to the book of the dammed, for the Diabolist . The Imp companion is base on the animal companion for the druid where the "class level" is the diabolist level plus the higher class level.
Class Level

This is the diabolist's class level plus her highest caster level. This does not stack with class levels that grant an animal companion.

In my case, the Diabolist is diabolist 1 / Wizard 6. According to the table, the imp should be level 6. But I can't give more than 2 HD..

The Fatigued condition is applying the Dexterity and Strength penalties as reductions in the actual score (3.5 meaning) instead of applying a -1 penalty to checks for each -2 in the ability penalty (Pathfinder meaning).
