Added HD on monsters have become invalid. Why? These were fine before last couple of patches.

Do you have the character set as a NPC? You can set that in the Configure Your Hero window. Once I did that or set the flag that says "PCs can take HD" the error went away.Added HD on monsters have become invalid. Why? These were fine before last couple of patches.
I just made a monster with the size Tiny. It is calaculating the CMB wrong.
The race has the following: BAB +0, STR 9 and size Tiny. Its CMB should be -3 (BAB + STR Mod -2 for tiny), but it calculates to -1.
Upon investigation, it looks like it is using the creature's DEX mod for CMB not its STR.
I think I am gaining a extra feat when I should not. Create a new Elf Wizard Conjurer 5 I have 4 Feats + 1 Bonus feat. I think it should be 3 Feats (1st, 3rd & 5th) + 1 Bonus Wizard feat.
Choose the Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat, then choose Aldori Dueling Sword for that feat - that will activate the finesse ability.
Problem B) The Aldori Dueling Sword is finessable and is therefore eligable for the "Agile" magical weapon quality. This currently throws up a validation error.
Problem A) The Kensai Archetype for the Magus grants proficiency with one martial or exotic weapon. This should work the same as having EWP, currently it does not.
Page reference, please? That's not what the campaign setting hardcover says, and as far as I know, the campaign setting hardcover is the latest printing of the Aldori Dueling Sword.
Aldori Dueling Sword: These slightly curved
swords measure just over 3 feet in length. An Aldori
dueling sword may be used as a Martial Weapon
(in which case it functions as a longsword), but if
you have the feat Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Aldori
dueling sword), you can use the Weapon Finesse feat to
apply your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength
modifier on attack rolls with an Aldori dueling sword
sized for you, even though it isn’t a light weapon.
You can also wield an Aldori dueling sword in
two hands in order to apply 1-1/2 times your
Strength bonus to damage.

Description
Agile weapons are unusually well balanced and responsive.
A wielder with the Weapon Finesse feat can choose to apply
her Dexterity modifier to damage rolls with the weapon in
place of her Strength modifier. This modifier to damage is
not increased for two-handed weapons, but is still reduced
for off-hand weapons. The agile weapon enhancement can
only be placed on melee weapons that are usable with the
Weapon Finesse feat.
