Pathfinder 2e not showing up

Help please!

When I log into my Hero Lab Online account, Pathfinder 2e is no longer an option. It only allows me to access Starfinder characters.
 
Did you previously have access to PF2? Send an email to support with information about your account and they should be able to work things out for you.
 
Please note, they did change location of where to switch systems. Now, at character select screen, next to the UI's home button, it will say Starfinder. Click that to change systems.
