Outstanding Upgrade Requests?

Just wondering if you have any idea when you'll be able to finish sorting out the outstanding upgrade requests. I absolutely respect the convention crud and the other issues you're dealing with (like bugs), but I'm very excited about getting my hands on this fantastic-looking product and sitting at the edge of my seat thinking "it could be any day now" is getting uncomfortable.
 
Everyone with outstanding requests should be hearing back from us during the first half of this coming week. Thanks for everyone's patience!!!
