This error is due to the intentional removal of a couple card versions from
the MND data files, coupled with your inadvertent use of those cards
previously. Specifically, we received information for a few MND cards that
led us to believe those cards existed in both standard and foil versions.
We then learned that those cards only were released as foils. So we removed
the standard versions of those cards.
Since those cards never existed, we figured no one would have entered
anything for them, so deleting them wouldn't pose a problem. However, if a
user utilized a batch edit to set an acquire number for all standard cards
(or some other operation that included those cards), those
technically previously existent cards would have inventory records created
for them. Now that the cards are removed, you're seeing orphan reports for
those inventory records. :-(
Fortunately, it should be pretty easy to correct this.

Here's how...
1. Make a backup of your inventory file (I'm just naturally paranoid about
these things). The file will be named "inv.cvz" and it will be found in the
folder where you imported the MND files, which is "c:\cardvault\data\mnd"
if you installed CV to the default location and imported the data files to
the default location.
2. Within CV, load the MND files, enter inventory, go to the File menu and
select "Save Inventory XML File".
3. Pick an appropriate filename, check all the boxes, and select "Output
All Cards In Inventory". These should be the defaults.
4. Click on the Proceed button to save the file.
5. Go to the File menu and select "Load Inventory XML File".
6. Specify the filename you just saved. Check all the boxes on the left
(the defaults). Select the topmost pricing data option (the default). Then
check the bottommost checkbox to reset the inventory.
7. Click on the Proceed button to load the file back in. When prompted
whether to reset your inventory, select Yes.
Your inventory should now have been backed up, then restored, excluding the
missing cards. You should no longer encounter the orphaned errors that you
have been getting.
Hope this helps,
Rob
