Ork Loota vehicles

I noticed that when I take a loota vehicle the options for it are
only the vehicle upgrades for a regular Ork vehicle. My question is
what about upgrades as an plow or the hunter-killer missle(or any
regular space or imperial upgrade)? I'm using V2a

You can only use Ork vehicle upgrades on a looted vehicle - says so in black
and white in the codex
