Oracle Sidestep Secret

I have an oracle built, dex 8 and cha 24 with no armor it shows an ac of 19 she has a ring +1 protection and natural armor amulet +1 she also has a str of 12 reflex of 11 her cmd is showing 25 ??? sidestep does not say to add to cmd thats the first problem.
when i give her armor a +1 mithral chainmail and do not equip it all these stats change to , ac 15 , reflex stays 11, cmd goes to 21
when i eqip it ac goes to 22, cmd 21 and reflex stays 11
now another problem is, is that the max dex is supposed to be 4 but only gives me 3, is this because of the dex penalty???
I lose 4 to my CMD which is 25 without armor, which should be 16 anyways because cha does not add to cmd using sidestep
What do I do with this.

Most common thing people have trouble with is encumberance. When you add the armor, does it push you into medium encumberance? That would drop your max dex bonus to 3.

My interpretation of Sidestep secret and CMD is that when CMD looks up the DEX modifier to AC, it should get the modifications applied by sidestep secret.

I gotta give thanks to this statement, you were right on the money. When i bumped up thje weight, it all fell into place. thanks for all the help both of you guys. thanks.
