How do we access and pay for the Options and Extras?

Are they available now, or only when the initial Kickstarter goal is met?

How much will the Cloud service run, per month or per quarter?
 
Hiding down in the FAQ:

"No pricing has been decided upon at this time, but backers will get full value or more for their contributions relative to the final pricing at release."

Basically, if we end up with tiers at $X and $Y, but you pledge at a level that is somewhere between those two numbers, you'll be bumped up to the higher tier and the rest is net savings.
