Is there any chance of making access to the bug database open? As it is, I never know whether a given bug is already open and/or being addressed unless I lodged it myself.

Yeah, I just wondered this about a Grab related bug I just reported.
 
agreed. something like JIRA also allows you to have people vote on bugs... it makes it much easier for you to concentrate on whats important to your clients.
 
Thanks for the suggestion! This is definitely something we'd like to do in the future, but we don't have a time frame at this time. :)
