I installed Hero lab, works fine on my profile. It only runs in demo mode under my son's profile. Any ideas how to fix this?

Sounds to me like there's a file permission problem with XP. I'm not a Lone Wolf guy, but here's somemthing to try:

Log in to your son's profile. On the menu bar, go 'License' then 'Re-activate License...' Follow the dialogs and it should make sure your license has been properly installed for his profile.

This is related to how Hero Lab stores certain settings in the registry
- to make it work, you have to activate it under each profile. As
FifthWanderer said, load it under your son's profile and then choose
License -> Re-activate License. Then everything should work.
