None of the data files are produced by Lone Wolf; they are provided by volunteers who want to share their hard work.
LWD sells an army list builder and the tools to create the data files for that builder. It does not sell the data files themselves, never has and probably never will, for complicated legal reasons centred mostly around not getting sued out of existence.
