Off Hand Damage

I am sure I am missing something, but my PFS character has a new Belt of Giant Strength +2 and newly acquired feat "Double Slice". With a Strength of 16 (With the Belt) my offhand damage should be +3, right? Hero Lab shows it as +2.

Your weapon is made of Alchemical Silver, which carries a -1 damage penalty.
