Here's the message. Pretty sure it showed up after the last update.
The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors.

When I hit ok, the program seems to start up and run fine. But it is a bit bothersome. Anything I should do?

If loading a character after fixed source then you need follow THIS.

The one that is showing wrong is the Adventurer's Armor you downloaded from d20pfsrd. Just download it again and overwrite the version you have.

Ah, that fixed it. I only had one *user file in the C:\Program Files\HeroLab\data\pathfinder\ folder. I renamed that file to *.old and restarted and it loaded just fine. Thanks!
