Occult Adventures Pack BUG

My Hero Lab has Occult Adventures toggled gray unusable because it says it requires a package I am missing. I used to have this package. The website for purchasing says I own the package BUT there's an 'x' instead of a check mark beside the package. What gives?


P.S. Several other packages I 'own' have the 'x' instead of a check mark beside, does that mean I'm not authorized to use those things either?
 
Have you tried going up to Licence, and selecting Reactivate Current Licence. Due to the way they handle licences, you pretty much have to do this everytime you buy a new book / pack.
