Oath of Loyalty

I’m trying to set up a Paladin with the Loyal Oath, which is supposed to substitute Smite Evil, but I can’t figure out how to swap out Smite Evil and add Loyal Oath.

The only option I find is to “Add optional Variant Channeling” under the "Paladin" tab, but that doesn’t seem to be the same as what the Loyal Oath describes.

Kudos ahead of time if someone can help lead me to the correct measure for this fix.
