I am new to the entire D&D world and I am getting ready for my first game on Saturday * yaaa!

Anyways, I bought the Hero Lab and I am wondering if there is a way to add Weapon & Armor Accessories . I have a dagger and I want buy the Wrist-Sheath-spring-loaded.

If not is there a way to add notes someplace? I am using the ipad app to import my toon so I can go paperless.
 
The spring loaded wrist sheath is from adventurer's armory, so you've three options. You could purchase that package, if you haven't already, or you could create an appropriate gear item in the editor (if you're planning to use the iPad app, you'll need to transfer the .user file that created the item in addition to the portfolio in order to avoid errors). Finally, the first couple items when adding gear are custom items, so that you can add any miscellaneous thing, give it a name, and define weight and value.

Unfortunately, there is no way to take notes on individual gear items. There is a section for notes on the Personal tab, and journals can also have notes. Perhaps one of those would suffice.
 
First, go to Character -> Configure Hero and make sure that the Adventurer's armory source is turned on.

Then go to the gear tab, click the button to add a new piece of gear, and in the grey filter box at the top, type in "sheath". That will cause it to only show things with that keyword in their name or description.

Or, if you prefer to just scroll down, it is in the "Adventuring Gear" section, near the end.
 
Is there an update that allows the broodmaster and master summoner arch types?? When I pick archetypes it only lists the racial ones.
