Creating an adversary NPC race. How do I designate it (make it red, unselectable) NPC only until selected by NPC unlimited?
 
If you set up a default minimalist creature, you can use it as the base for another creature that's more detailed and/or advanced. I did that with my various XCOM leader types based off the creatures.
