Not getting bonus spell

I have a Ranger who just made fourth level and is not getting her bonus spell for a 13 wisdom as it says in the book. Ranger was originally an NPC converted to a PC.
 
If you think you found a bug, report it through the automated system. I'd recommend including a copy of the portfolio as well, since my initial attempt to investigate this wasn't able to replicate it.
 
ShadowChemosh's adjustments addon, can give your character the extra spell slot, until the bug is corrected.

The adjustment is 'Spells Known', pick your class and the level of the spell (from the drop down menus), and then set the number of extra spells via the up/down arrows or just type it in there.

If you have one spell that IS your bonus spell. Normal spell load for a 4th level Ranger is ZERO plus wisdom bonus.
