Not a programmer

I am not giving up on trying to understand the customize tools and all that, but I really feel like I do need to be a programmer to use them.

To save myself some time, is there a place I can go to find already finished custom files?

Specifically, I am looking for D20 3.5 material converted over to Pathfinder. For example, the Goliath for races and Vow of Poverty for feats being at the top of my list.

If not, is there a better, more detailed guide on how to create custom content? I have read through the one Lone Wolf has and I am still confused.

If there is not a place I can find either completed files or a super detailed guide, is there someone out there willing to share their talent for programing to help me out?

The community converted 3.5 material will be located at http://www.cheeseweasel.net/. The bad news is that I don't recall those being done yet. So far their has be very little converted 3.5 stuff.
