noob question

New to HL rolled a new character was awarded.

1. Spell Force Gift - Start the game with a +2 racial bonus on caster level checks made to overcome spell resistance and a +2 racial bonus on dispel checks
2. Dragonskin Robe - Blue (body) (Auramentae) – 25% Energy Resistance (Lightening)

Also new to pathfinder. But I am trying to figure out how to add these via HL . Do I need to use the editor and make an item? If so how?

Where are these from and how did you "roll" them?

You would need to create them in the editor, yes. For the Spell Force Gift, the easiest way would probably be to create an adjustment. For the robe, that's a wondrous item (though note that Energy resistance doesn't usually work by % in pathfinder, so you might need to make a helper ability for that).
