No XP choice missing from XP tracking

The No XP choice is missing from XP advancement speed since the 12.0 update was this removed for some reason?

What does the "is" abbrevation stand for in the editor.

found the problem and fixed it. it was a bootstrap problem on a custom staff that I made deleted the bootstrap saved the staff and recompiled now everything is working.
