No sub-domains for War Blessing Feat

If I have a sub-domian, like Ash for Fire, the War Blessing Feat says I'm eligible for the feat, but when I take it then says I don't have a matching Domain. Is this intended? Also, does anyone know how this would would if you're an archtype with only one domain?
