No license key received - once more

i have bougt a licence key for armybuilder 3 but not recievid it by now.
My Order Number is : 28267

hope someone can help me here fast

The problem appears to be that your email provider is "web.de". That is a sister operation of "freenet.de". So the same problem that has befallen "bannkreis" has also happened to you. Your email provider is rejected any email we attempt to send from our server, which includes license emails, support emails, everything. :-(

For more details on the nature of the problem, please see the recent thread entitled "Did not receive my license key".

The solution is that you'll need to provide us with an alternate email address in order to get your materials through to you. Since "web.de" and "freenet.de" are sibling organizations, please do NOT try using a "freenet.de" account as the alternative - it will have the same problem.

Please send an email to helpdesk at wolflair.com that indicates your order number and briefly identifies this problem. Be sure to include the new email address to be used. We can then get your license materials re-sent out to the new address, and you can then be up and running.

I just received your email with an alternate email address. Your order material have now been sent to that email address instead. Please verify that everything gets through successfully this time.
