Hi,

Re order number - 28795

I ordered an army builder licence on Saturday 15th Dec. How I freely admit I messed up when I did this as I made an error in my email address, I missed the 'a' out of hotmail. Recording my email addy as paul_nichol_45@hotmil.com instead of paul_nichol_45@hotmail.com. I have sent two email to the support email address to ask for my mistake to be corrected so I can start using army builder but as yet I have had no reply. I have made sure that my hotmail account views email from @wolflair.com as safe. Can you let me know what it happening? If need be I can provide an alternative email addy.

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the people that run this have taken a christmas break or something? Not wanting to be funny but having paid I was really wanting to use army builder for my games over the holiday season.

Any sort of reply would be greatly appriciated.

I'm glad this got sorted out for you. Between the imminent arrival of the insanity more commonly known as Christmas and frantic work on Campaign R&D for Hero Lab, "stressed to the max" is a very suitable description of life here at Lone Wolf these days. Thanks for your patience!
 
Well, Rob...since I prolly won't be around the forum until just before X-mas(Hear Colen cheering in the background)...May you all have a very nice x-mas, with only very bare minimum of stress.
