No BA Special Characters?

When I go under HQ options in AB for the Blood Angels, I do not see any of the named characters (ie Mephiston, Dante, Gabriel Seth etc...) listed.

Am I brain farting or doing something wrong?

I know they WERE in there....

Ok, I checked, I am not getting any special characters as HQ Choices, not matter what Army...
