New Gear, Armor and Weapons for My Homebrewed Setting...

Flynnwd

New member
Good Morning, All:

I want to create a new Gear list, as well as new Weapons and new Armor, for my own fantasy setting. What would be the best approach? And where can I find documentation and/or examples that show me how to do so?

With Regards,
Flynn

I'd like input on this as well! I have multiple campaigns with conflicting gear lists and I'd like to keep them silo'd. I currently have the different gear lists in different data sources (an "Autoduel" and a "Ghostbusters" data source, respectively), but even configured with Autoduel turned on and Ghostbusters turned off, my autoduelist PCs are still seeing proton packs in the gear. Is there a setting I missed somewhere?

Thanks!

NOTE: I unchecked the "standard gear" checkbox on the proton packs; they're still showing up, tho.

You can use the Hero Lab Editor, found in the Tools menu, to create gear, weapons and armor for your fantasy setting. The Editor has a help menu, and you can find documentation on creating data files by selecting "Help on Using the Editor". There are a number of tutorials to get you started.

Hi. It sounds like the wrong sources could be set up. Try this: Make sure your "Ghostbusters" source is the only one checked for the Proton Pack. This should cause it to only appear if the Ghostbusters source is enabled.

If that doesn't work, send us an e-mail with the data file to support@wolflair.com and we'll take a look at it. Let us know in the e-mail what you've tried and what you saw as well.
