Need Hero Lab Online guidance

I'm trying to move my campaign from D&D 5th ed to Pathfinder 1st ed. I have a patron account, and all of my players have the basic level accounts.

I'm pretty sure I messed something up when setting up the campaign, because my players can't access the materials I transferred to. I can see them in the list, so I'm pretty sure they're there.

Is there a way to delete the campaign so I can start over again. Better yet, is there a resource (text, video, both) that will walk me through setting up a campaign in Hero Lab Online? I've been using the PC version for years.

In campaign settings, you need to have patron sharing turned on.

The players needs to create PCs in the campaign, or transfer them to it. If they're inadvertently opening a copy that's in their character list rather than in the campaign, they won't have access to the shared options.
