Need help with variable AC bonus

I am trying to build a template that will give an AC bonus to the base creature that will be dependent on the size of the base creature. So it would be:

Tiny or smaller +0
Small +1
Medium +2
Large +3
Huge +4
Garagantuan +7
Colossal +11

How do I script this? :confused:
