Need help with picture downloads

I keep trying to install the new character pictures, and it says that they have been unpacked and are ready to use, but I can't find them in the folders. It also keeps telling me I need to download it every time I start the program. Any ideas?
 
I can't help with the pictures not showing up, but it apparently prompts you to redownload whenever the contents of the folder are not what it expects. This does mean that if you already have the most up-to-date set in the folder, as well as other pictures, it will keep prompting you to update.
 
Okay, removed all of my pictures from the file and that solved the problem. Is there a way to insert pictures to the file without the error showing up?
 
You would need to store your pictures into a separate location. That way, Hero Lab doesn't get confused into thinking that your extra pictures mean that something is out of sync and the images need to be downloaded again.
