need help with custom magic items

Im trying to create a custom magic ring, For some reason I cant seem to do it. there is no selection for it under magic, i can create weapons, armor, oils and potions... other than that i cant make anything. What about other items such as scrolls, rings, figurines, wands, staffs? Is it my setting configuration or what? Im obviously doing something wrong... at least i think i am... any help would be much appreciated

Scrolls and Wands have "Create Custom Scroll" and "Create Custom Wand" under the Magic tab.

However, Rings, Staves, and Wondrous Items do not have a "systematic" way to make them (and determine accurate costs/prices) in the rules. So there is no system for HeroLab to implement. You need to make each one as a new magic item in the Editor.

How do I open the editor to create a new magic item?
